Making way:
Mangoes cut - cut, soaked in water
lime or alum water. Then washed and boiled
with sugar water mixed with a little salt, until
boil so that the water is shrinking. Fruit left
bakasem submerged in the water earlier.
 
Function:
As a snack food and usually for
consumed during the day. Mango
ripe containing 86.1% water, 0.6% protein, 0.1%
fat, 11.8% sugar (fructose / carbohydrate), 1.1% fiber,
0.02% phosphorus, 0.3 mg of iron per 100g of fruit. Mangoes contain a variety of acids, tannins, and

substances that easily evaporate which smells wonderful.
