Making way:
Flowers cangkring washed and then steamed until cooked.
Once cooked and then stored in the pot
closed for two nights to rot,
then mixed with spices, then
wrapped in banana leaves, then steamed again.
 
Function:
As a substitute for side dishes at lunch time

and dinner.
