Making way:
Grated coconut, the waste (no water santannya)
steamed until cooked, then wrapped in leaves
bananas, stored for two nights until
rot. This is called Dage Kalapa for further remains to be processed in order to
used as a substitute for side dishes.
There are two kinds of processing methods Dage Kalapa:
fried and dipais (steamed).
 
Function:
As a substitute for side dishes at lunch

or dinner.
