"Pandavas" literally means "son of Pandu." Since it became the name for the five brothers, Yudhisthira, Bhima, Arjuna, and Nakul and Sahadev, the fifth son of Pandu. Three of the first mother, Kunti, while Nakul and Sahadev the twins, her mother named Madri. This Pandava brothers who became enemies of his own cousin, the Kauravas.
